Tipping Bucket Raingauge - Model TB6

The Hydrological Services Model TB6 is a NON-SYPHONING tipping bucket rain gauge with INJECTION MOULDED BASE and ABS CHROME PLATED BUCKET and  is recognised as the world standard for measuring rainfall and  precipitation in remote and unattended locations.
Each unit consists of a collector funnel with a leaf filter, an integrated flow control mechanism, an outer enclosure with quick release fasteners, and base which houses the tipping bucket mechanism.
The unit includes dual output reed switches with varistor protection as well as dual rainfall discharge outlets for water collection and/or analysis.

- Bucket: two types of buckets, synthetic ceramic coated brass bucket balanced to 0.05 gms for 1mm bucket only , and injection
  moulded non hydro-scopic plastic ABS chrome plated UV stabilised balanced 0.05 gms for 0.2mm, 0.5mm and 0.01.
- Bucket capacity:     Plastic: 0.2 mm, 0.5 mm,0.01 inch of rainfall.
- Metal: 1.0 mm of rainfall
